Adams County Opioid Council reviewed applications for first round of grant funding

The Adams County Opioid Council met on Wednesday, February 22 to review the 13 applications they received for the Adams County Opioid Abatement Grant.

What was accomplished?

  • Voting members of the council reviewed applications and considered input from the vetting committee.
  • They identified clarifying questions for several of the applicants, which are currently being addressed.

What are Next Steps?

  • The Council values community input and has put out a survey to get community feedback on their preliminary recommendations.
  • The Adams County Opioid Council will meet on March 8 to finalize awards for the first round of funding through the Adams County Opioid Abatement Grant.
