As we reflect on 2024, we are inspired by the incredible efforts of our partners and community leaders across the Rocky Mountain Partnership Cradle to Career network. Together, we continue to demonstrate the transformative power of collaboration, working toward our shared goal of helping 71,000 more young people achieve Cradle to Career success by 2030—including our ambitious target of 3,398 for the 2024–2025 school year.
Over the past year, the dedication of leaders and organizations across our network has driven significant progress. Whether advancing policies, setting organizational targets that contribute to our shared goal, or refining and launching strategies that improve outcomes, the achievements outlined in this report highlight the power of collective effort in creating measurable impact.
Despite these strides, fragmented efforts across communities and the state continue to pose challenges. While regional partnerships like the Rocky Mountain Partnership Cradle to Career network are making meaningful progress, this lack of coordination hinders the speed and scale of the impact we aim to achieve.
To address this, we reached a major milestone this year with the launch of the Cradle to Career Colorado Collective, announced at the Annual State of the Partnership Luncheon. This groundbreaking statewide initiative complements our regional place-based work by uniting communities across Colorado to drive policy change, utilize shared measures of success to set regional targets and measure impact, while fostering collaboration through shared learning, the exchange of best practices, and aligned funding. Our Core Team will lead this effort, and Rocky Mountain Partnership Cradle to Career is proud to be the first member of the Collective.
As Civic Influencer Sarah Hughes so beautifully said: “A win for one is a win for all.” This ethos drives everything we do, transforming individual achievements into shared victories for our entire community and inspiring us to continue building on this momentum.
