The Rocky Mountain Partnership was recently featured in StriveTogether’s 2022 Annual Report, “Impact Rising“.
27J Schools was the third least-funded school district in Colorado. Last fall, we pulled together a coalition of youth and community members to advocate for additional funding. These “civic influencers” connected with over 900 community members at more than 20 community meetings and events.
The results? In November 2022, our community passed a mill levy override – the first for the district in 22 years!
