As mentioned in previous updates, RMP worked with Enterprise Community Partners to conduct a readiness asessment to identify an initial set of concrete recommendations for action.
Work is launching around two of these recommendations, starting with strenghtening the partnership between Adams 12 Five Star Schools and Maiker Housing Partners to:
- Increase the co-location of services to be more easily accessible to families, including bringing services closer to affordable housing properties
- Increase service providers’ capacity to deliver services to youth and families
These efforts will expand to include additional school districts, housing authorities, and support providers as needed.
