Lisandra Gonzales began her journey on the RMP Team in October 2016 as the Partnership Director, working to help build and strengthen RMP’s infrastructure for engaging in collective work to advance critical Cradle to Career Outcomes.
Six years later, Lisandra now leads RMP as its Chief Executive Officer. In this role, she oversees all operations for the RMP Team and leads the larger Partnership.
