In a previous update, we shared that RMP’s Community Leaders Council and Community Coalition Council are driving the development of RMP’s strategic plan for the next three to five years.
As part of this, RMP has streamlined its goals to help position our network for big wins in our collective work. Goals 1 (Increase the supply of talent to the jobs that are most critical to our region’s economic vitality) and 2 (Employers improve how they hire, retain, and promote diverse talent) have been combined. In addition, we’ve improved our language for articulating these goals.
