We are thrilled to announce that Jessica Scherden has joined the Backbone Team as the Institute Director. In this role, Jessica will lead overall capability building efforts through RMP’s Institute, and serve as the project manager for work underway to support employers to improve how they hire, retain, and promote diverse talent.
Jessica comes to RMP with a growth mindset and passion for collaboration. Much of her experience has focused on supporting a two-generation approach in education, including mentoring early career teachers through a Practice-Based Coaching model.
