The project team working to create a central hub of housing data, information, and resources was invited to participate in Round 2 of the application process for the MADE for Health Justice Grant.
This funding would help accelerate their work to utilize this hub to support community members to access programs and resources, and policy makers and practitioners to make more informed decisions about housing-related programming, policies, and initiatives.
