Project 2: Hub of Data, Information, and Resources
What Is The Goal Of This Project?
This project is mobilizing communities of color to identify quantitative and qualitative data related to housing and health that identifies gaps and tells the stories that have led to the inequities that exist and to work alongside decision makers to increase availability of and access to inclusive, stable, and healthy housing in Adams County for these populations.
A Project Team for this effort is currently in the second phase of a federal grant application process (MADE for Health Justice Equity) that would provide $1 million over 3 years and greatly accelerate the effort. Specifically, starting with mobilizing Latino/a/e and Native American community members towards that end.
