Orientation sessions are currently underway with the thirteen companies and organizations participating in the ‘Improved Hiring, Retention, and Employee Advancement Practices’ effort.
These orientation sessions mark the first step along these partners’ journeys to continue to improve how they hire diverse candidates and connect their current employees to support services to help them stay employed and gain the skills and credentials needed for career advancement.
