We’re excited to announce that our Civic Influencer Fellowship Program is now accepting applications! We’re recruiting passionate young people ages 16-24 interested in building their civic leadership and advocacy skills and springboarding into leadership roles across the community.
About the Civic Influencer Fellowship Program:
RMP’s Civic Influencer Fellowship Program is a dynamic 9-month program designed to empower young people aged 16-24 who are directly impacted by the challenges RMP seeks to address.
This fellowship aims to develop their skills as effective civic leaders and decision-makers, while actively participating in a bold, region-wide mission to eliminate policy barriers and support 71,000 of their peers to achieve critical Cradle to Career milestones essential for upward mobility by 2030. Ultimately, the program is designed to launch these young individuals into civic leadership roles across the community.
The 9-Month Fellowship includes:
- Training, Mentorship, & Experiential Learning: Fellows will receive top-notch training and guidance from experienced mentors, and develop their leadership and professional skills in real-world settings.
- Stipend: All fellows will receive a stipend to support their participation.
- Amplifying Voices, Shaping Change: Fellows will collect and amplify diverse community voices, and play a crucial role in regional projects, policy changes, and community mobilization.
- Leadership Springboard: Fellows will be supported to springboard into elected or appointed positions and continue to make an impact.
