RMP working with Enterprise Community Partners

As part of the Partnership’s collective effort to help address housing-related barriers impacting youth and families along their educational journeys (H.O.M.E.), RMP worked with Enterprise Community Partners to conduct a readiness assessment to identify an initial set of concrete recommendations for action.

The four key recommendations included:

1. Create a coordinated housing – education policy platform
2. Increase capacity to deliver services to youth and families
3. Increase community navigators to help youth and families
4. Increase co-location of services designed to serve families
