Steering Committee Strategizes Action in Half-Day Strategic Retreat

The Steering Committee convened for a half-day strategic retreat last Friday, August 13. A special thank you to Riverdale Animal Shelter for hosting.

During the retreat, the Steering Committee:

• Provided input on the Partnership’s Scorecard and Data Infrastructure
• Determined policy opportunities to scope
• Adopted new Steering Committee chair structure
• Endorsed plan for sustaining backbone infrastructure
