Request for Proposal (RFP) for Consulting Services: Strategy, Programming, and Policy Coalition Building
Overview: Rocky Mountain Partnership (RMP) is seeking a qualified consultant to support our Policy Work, which includes strategic growth, coalition development, and public policy advocacy. This RFP invites proposals for consulting services to be completed by December 31, 2024, as outlined in the attached scope of work.
Scope of Work RMP’s key areas for consulting include:
- Program Translation to Policy/Advocacy: Collaborate with RMP to analyze data-driven insights and develop policy recommendations to drive systemic transformation.
- Ecosystem Partnership & Cradle-to-Career Coalition: Conduct a landscape analysis and provide strategic recommendations to strengthen the coalition’s capacity in the cradle-to-career continuum.
- Civic Influencers Fellowship Program: Support the implementation and refinement of the fellowship program with an emphasis on enhancing curriculum, mentorship, and post-fellowship leadership opportunities.
- Strategic Public Financing: Explore opportunities for leveraging public financing options to support sustainable funding for RMP initiatives.
