The Cradle to Career Experience

The Cradle to Career Experience provides participants the opportunity to develop a greater understanding of how each critical transition point (cradle to career outcome) in a child’s educational progress impacts future success and opportunities into adulthood. Participants will then dive into data illustrating how young people in Adams County are performing in each these critical transition points and learn about efforts underway and opportunities to support success.
