Our Cradle to Career Community Meeting is a great opportunity for community partners to learn about action teams and efforts to support cradle to career success.
The Hunger Free Colorado Mobile Unit will be available for families to apply for assistance, such as SNAP and Medicaid. The following services will participate – Application processing for Food Assistance, Medicaid, and other programs, Hunger Free Colorado, Workforce Center, CCCAP (Child Care), Head Start, and Veterans Services.
