Intro to ACYI and Continuous Improvement (CI) 101

This session will provide participants with an overview of the ACYI Partnership and the work that ACYI supports. ACYI utilizes Outcomes Focused Practice, which Continuous Improvement is one piece of. Participants will be introduced to the Continuous Improvement process and to basic tools that are key to the practice.

This workshop is a prerequisite for several advanced Institute Continuous Improvement workshops, such as ‘LEANing Into Results Based Work.‘
