This data tool will support elected officials and practitioners from across the region to:
- Compare the different affordable housing baselines provided by the Colorado Department of Local Affairs earlier this year
- See what the total number of new units would need to be if a locality were to grow their affordable housing stock by 3% annually according to those baselines
MG Advisory, a management and technology firm, is also providing the RMP Backbone Team with in-kind support in this area. In particular, they are helping to take this tool to the next level with improvements that will help partners understand the impact of growing the region’s housing stock, and what that could look like for each locality.
