Lizz Valeria Decanini is a proud Latina, born and raised in the vibrant state of Colorado. Currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Human Services with a concentration in High-Risk Youth at Metropolitan State University of Denver, she has a passionate commitment to creating a more equitable and compassionate society. As an older sister and daughter, she values the bonds of family and community. Apart from her academic pursuits, Lizz finds joy in the simple pleasures of life, such as reading, listening to music, and engaging in recreational soccer. With a strong desire to foster unity and diversity, she aspires to bridge the gap between her community and the world around her. Her ultimate goal is to lay a solid foundation for the future leaders, one that is built on the principles of equity, kindness, and understanding.
