2024 State of the Partnership Luncheon and Colorado Gives Day

A Memorable State of the Partnership Luncheon!

Despite the curveball Mother Nature threw our way, our community came together for a truly memorable State of the Partnership Luncheon last week!

We are inspired by the incredible flexibility and commitment of those who joined us. For those unable to make it due to the last-minute date change, you were truly missed, but we’re thrilled to share this recap so you can still experience the energy, updates, and impact of the event!

Highlights from the Luncheon!

The 2024 State of the Partnership Luncheon was filled with inspiring moments and milestones:

  • Cradle to Career Colorado Launch: We proudly announced this new statewide initiative, which builds on the Rocky Mountain Partnership’s efforts to reduce fragmentation in the north metro region. Cradle to Career Colorado will drive alignment statewide on policy, data, and goal-setting to ensure every young person has the opportunity to thrive.
  • Progress Toward Our 71K Goal: We celebrated the shared progress toward ensuring 71,000 more young people achieve critical cradle-to-career outcomes by 2030. So far, 12 Target Champions have stepped up to claim their portions of this ambitious goal, committing to transforming outcomes for 14,701 young people. Since the event, an additional Target Champion has joined, bringing the total to 15,961 young people claimed!
  • Special Message From Governor Polis: Attendees heard a recorded message from Governor Polis, congratulating us on the launch of Cradle to Career Colorado and encouraging continued collaboration.

But that’s not all—relive these moments and more by watching our Highlights Reel, capturing the energy and vision of the day:
