Funding Alignment Network(s)
The Funding Alignment Network(s) (FANs) lead resource alignment and allocation for the collective work of the Rocky Mountain Partnership, with the ultimate goal that public and private funding is targeted to spread and sustain data-driven practices that advance equitable outcomes.
The FAN is initially charged with:
Developing the criteria and internal structure for how they will evaluate opportunities for resource alignment and allocation for the Partnership and the Backbone.
Supporting a landscape analysis of existing resources impacting the Cradle to Career work of the Rocky Mountain Partnership and Backbone.
On-going, the FAN is charged with:
Monitoring and tracking resources impacting young people and ensuring the Rocky Mountain Partnership is informed
Identifying funding priorities on system-level improvement opportunities lifted by the Collaborative Action Networks (CANs)
Recommending action resource support to the CLC Steering Committee
Planning and hosting RMP’s Annual ‘CALL TO ACTION’ to support the development of relationships with funders and donors to ensure awareness and visibility of the Partnership’s work
Supporting the development of an annual report outlining resource alignment accomplishments
