“Change is hard – but it is not the whole story.”
Dan Heath, one of the authors of Switch, started his key note at the National Strive Together Convening earlier this month encouraging us to think about the following:
- Knowing something is different than feeling it.
- Information is rarely enough to spark change.
- As leaders, we need to tap, spark, and sustain motivation.
