Rocky Mountain Partnership Cradle to Career 2024 Highlights Report

As we move forward in 2025, we want to pause and share the incredible strides we made together last year. The support, collaboration, and work from partners across our network propelled Rocky Mountain Partnership Cradle to Career (RMP) closer to our ambitious target of helping 71,000 young people meet critical cradle-to-career milestones by 2030.

We’re proud to publicly release the 2024 Highlights Report, celebrating the progress made across our entire network. These are not just organizational achievements; they are milestones reached by leaders, organizations, and communities, each contributing to our shared goal.

As Civic Influencer Sarah Hughes so beautifully said, “A win for one is a win for all.”

Here are some highlights that demonstrate the power of this collaboration:

  • The Cradle to Career Colorado Collective launched to align communities across the state, drive policy change and promote shared learning.
  • 12 organizations (so far!) stepped up to take responsibility for helping more young people meet key milestones by becoming Target Champions.
  • The largest and most diverse Civic Influencer Fellowship cohort launched, empowering future leaders (ages 16-24) to become results-oriented collaborative decision-makers while actively contributing to the region’s work toward the 71K goal.
  • Nearly $2 billion secured for public education infrastructure and capital improvements through ballot initiatives led by our partners.

These accomplishments reflect the commitment of our entire network to driving real, measurable change, proving that when we align our efforts, we can achieve incredible impact together.
