The Navigation and Wraparound Supports Action Team, part of the Credential Attainment Collaborative Action Network (CAN), is in the process of identifying the specific data points it will track to measure progress towards shared targets.
Identifying these shared measurements will also support the CAN to identify ongoing opportunities for action within and measure progress within their four initial strategies:
- Aligning Softwares
- Understanding and Coordinating Funding
- Increasing Coordinated Referrals
