Leadership Development Track

    Leadership Development for Systems Change Track

    The Leadership Development for Systems Change Track is designed to support leaders who are interested in strengthening and developing leadership capabilities critical for outcomes focused work. This includes understanding the Theory of Action framework in which the Rocky Mountain Partnership operates, hearing insights from leaders who have used this framework to make meaningful impacts on Cradle to Career Outcomes, and making effective decisions for change.

    The RMP Theory of Action

    Take a Deep Dive into our Outcomes Focused Framework.

    Gain a better understanding of how our Outcomes Focused Framework is used to affect systems change in improving outcomes for young people, and how far the Rocky Mountain Partnership is in its implementation.

    ‘Leadership Insights’ is a series of opportunities to glean insight from leaders affecting change to support leaders who are interested in strengthening and developing leadership capabilities critical for outcomes focused work.

    Cost: In-County or RMP Partner: FREE | Out-of-county and not RMP Partner: contact Ashley Edinger for registration details


    EDUCATORS: Professional Development/ Continuation/ Recertification/ Professional Learning Credits may be offered by your district for completion of these trainings. Contact your district office for more information – currently this is an option for Adams 12 Five Star Schools, 27J Schools, and Westminster Public Schools educators.
