PAN members are C-Suite level executives from partner organizations who set shared targets towards social and economic mobility on behalf of the network and hold the network accountable for meeting those targets.

They provide high-level accountability to the Partnership, take action themselves to support the collective work, ensure that the CAN has the resources necessary to complete their work by leveraging their reach, and communicate shared goals and calls for support.
