Project 6: Engage chambers and associations in the ‘Recruiting and Retaining Talent Challenge’ |
Through this project, we engage chambers and associations in the ‘Recruiting and Retaining Talent Challenge,’ which brings customized coaching, training, and technical assistance directly to chambers and their members
This includes:
- Customized coaching, training, technical assistance, and peer-to-peer learning offerings to fill gaps and needs chambers and associations have identified
- Support monitoring and communicating progress and impact for participating members, and progress and impact of the larger challenge; this includes personalized impact dashboards and report
How the Challenge Works
