Hiring, Retention, and Employee Advancement

Project 5: Provide and Connect Regional Employers to Technical Assistance and Coaching

Through this project, we provide and connects regional employers to technical assistance and coaching to improve their hiring, retention, and employee advancement practices.

This includes:

  • Peer-to-peer learning opportunities, including Quarterly Learning Labs and Communities of Practice
  • Connection to expert technical assistance providers to support with implementation
  • Connection to expert-informed tools, resources, and training, such as the RMP’s Hiring, Retention, and Promotion Toolkit© and ‘Cultural Intelligence® for Employers’ Training Series
  • Individualized coaching
  • Support measuring progress and impact, including RMP’s Hiring, Retention, and Promotion Benchmarks©, corresponding Employer Self-Assessment©, and data coaching

Partner Technical Assistance Providers

The Colorado Workforce Development Council is offering technical assistance to participating employers around assessing and improving job quality in alignment with its ‘Good Jobs Pilot’ and ‘Colorado Job Quality Framework’ initiatives.

Implementation is tricky but critical to success. Iridium Consulting provides participating employers with two hours of free consultation to help answer questions on implementation at their specific organizations.

One Million Degrees is supporting participating employers to support their current employees to navigate and enter upskilling and reskilling opportunities.
