Project 5: Provide and Connect Regional Employers to Technical Assistance and Coaching |
Through this project, we provide and connects regional employers to technical assistance and coaching to improve their hiring, retention, and employee advancement practices.
This includes:
- Peer-to-peer learning opportunities, including Quarterly Learning Labs and Communities of Practice
- Connection to expert technical assistance providers to support with implementation
- Connection to expert-informed tools, resources, and training, such as the RMP’s Hiring, Retention, and Promotion Toolkit© and ‘Cultural Intelligence® for Employers’ Training Series
- Individualized coaching
- Support measuring progress and impact, including RMP’s Hiring, Retention, and Promotion Benchmarks©, corresponding Employer Self-Assessment©, and data coaching
