Supply of Talent To Top Jobs Project #3
What Is The Goal Of This Project?
This project is part of the Rocky Mountain Partnership’s (RMP) effort to increase the supply of talent to top jobs throughout the RMP Region. This project provides a space for those looking to expand CTE and workforce development programming to come together to innovate ways in which they can work together across sectors to support learners of all ages into top jobs in critical industries.
The first area of focus for this project is supporting an effort led by Westminster Public Schools to bring together K-12 education, postsecondary, industry, and other community entities together to development of a state-of-the-art multi-purpose Innovation, Career and Technical Education campus, ‘Ranum Reimagined.’
This innovative center will help to increase the supply of talent to Top Jobs and critical sectors in the region by:
- Expanding and enhancing current CTE and Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) innovation programing
- Bringing K-12, postsecondary and industry partners together to support the alignment of skills and training to meet current and future workforce needs
- Supporting learners of all ages to engage in upskilling and reskilling opportunities, and access navigation and wraparound supports along their journeys
The innovative center is being developed in the spirit of working ‘better together.’ Rocky Mountain Partnership has been named as one of several key partners across the talent supply ecosystem participating in this effort.
