Project 2: Support Development of Innovative CTE Campus
What Is The Goal Of This Project?
This project is to support the development of an innovative regional Career and Technical Education (CTE) campus that will serve high school and adult learners (Ranum Reimagined) and is part of the Rocky Mountain Partnership’s (RMP) larger regional effort to increase talent supply, and eliminate equity gaps that exist for learners to be on pathways to Top Jobs and jobs in critical sectors.
Ranum Reimagined is an effort led by Westminster Public Schools to blur the lines between traditionally siloed employers, job-training providers and educators and bring these partners and community together to develop a of a state-of-the-art multi-purpose Innovation, Career and Technical Education campus.
This innovative center will help to increase the supply of talent to Top Jobs and critical sectors in the region by:
- Expanding and enhancing current CTE and Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) innovation programing
- Bringing K-12, postsecondary and industry partners together to support the alignment of skills and training to meet current and future workforce needs
- Supporting learners of all ages to engage in upskilling and reskilling opportunities, and access navigation and wraparound supports along their journeys
The innovative center is being developed in the spirit of working ‘better together.’ Rocky Mountain Partnership has been named as one of several key partners across the talent supply ecosystem participating in this effort.
